The top-side vents of the consoles are covered with a mysterious liquid

A few Xbox One consoles have begun leaking white fluid on their top-side vents, according to new reports from the Xbox One forums, although the actual source of the liquid is unclear.

The Xbox One was launched in 13 countries around the world back in November and it was quickly met with a few high-profile hardware issues, including faulty Blu-ray drives, or software ones, like the Green Screen of Death.

Since then, these different failures stopped happening, but it seems that new ones have begun appearing after the winter holidays.

As you can see in the photos above, a few Xbox One owners have seen a white fluid leak from inside the next-gen console.

Different marks have remained on the top-side vent and it's unclear just what might have caused this issue, according to SpawnFirst.

Microsoft, as of yet, hasn't commented on the new issue.
