Microsoft announces that it will eliminate the MS Points systems later during 2013 in order to introduce real world currency to both the Xbox One and the 360.

The company is delivering a guide designed to show players how the changes will impact their experience.

A new online wallet will be available to all those who are using the Xbox One, the older 360, and any sort of Windows 8 Phone.

The money stored in it can be used to buy content ranging from video games, to DLC, movies, or real world objects like toys.

Microsoft says that all players will be transferred into real world currency for each country when the switch is made, and all earned Xbox Live rewards will be maintained.

The Xbox One will be launched during the holiday season for 499 dollars or Euro.
