Microsoft has just revealed the Xbox Fitness initiative, which will give Xbox Live Gold users access to all sorts of different training regimens, including P90X or Insanity, only on the Xbox One.

Xbox Live Gold subscribers who get the new Xbox One next-gen console will be on the receiving end of another intriguing advantage, as Microsoft has confirmed the Xbox Fitness initiative, which consists of videos from various programs like P90X or Insanity.

Using the new Kinect sensor, the Xbox One will figure out a player's heart rate, analyze the muscles that are being activated, as well as track the quality of the performance and modify its recommendations.

The Xbox Fitness initiative will be available until December 2014, so most Xbox One owners will have a year's worth of fitness to do using their new console.
