Bethesda has confirmed that it's looking for many Xbox 360 owners of its The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim title in order to try out a beta version of the downloadable Dawnguard expansion that's set to arrive this summer.

Skyrim is a great game but, given its complexity, this meant that many bugs and issues were present in the game. Bethesda released several patches and, in order to make sure that it wasn't worsening the situation, the studio started releasing beta update on the PC platform.

Now, ahead of the release of Dawnguard, the first expansion for Skyrim, Bethesda is bringing the same beta process onto the Xbox 360.

Owners of the game on the console need to visit this website and share their interest in trying out the expansion. Bethesda is going to pick the participants for this beta stage in a week and they'll receive a code to download the test version of the DLC (which includes Xbox 360 achievements).

Besides getting to play Dawnguard early, testers will also receive the DLC for free once it's officially released this summer.
