Video game hardware maker and publisher Nintendo announces that it plans to launch a new Wii U bundle, which will include the Wii Sports Club title, on March 27 on the Japanese market.

According to NeoGAF, gamers who are interested in it and are willing to pay 30,000 Yen, the equivalent of a little over 293 dollars (213 Euro), will get access to:

- a White Premium Wii U - a Wiimote Plus controller - a sensor bar - the Wii Sports Club title, which includes golf, tennis and bowling

Nintendo hopes that the coming bundle will drive up sales of the Wii U, which has been performing worse than the company was expecting.

Sales of the home console need to be revitalized before the end of the year, especially in the face of strong competition from both the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

This year, the Wii U will also get Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros.
