If you like parkour and zombies, it's time to rejoice, as a live-action video putting the two together has just surfaced on the Internet.

The video takes inspiration from Techland's upcoming first-person zombie survival game Dying Light, where you play the role of a special agent making an honest living during a full-blown zombie apocalypse.

The game uses the same melee combat system patented by Techland in its previous zombie bashing game, Dead Island, and greatly expands on the gameplay opportunities afforded to the player, by providing a sprawling urban open world to adventure in.

Techland is also working on a fantasy first-person video game taking full advantage of the popularity of its melee combat system, a dungeon crawling adventure titled Hellraid, due out later this year.

The video is inspired by the adrenaline-packed pursuits in the game, showing what life would be like in such a nightmarish scenario, running from zombies in an abandoned city. Provided, of course, that you are able to casually jump from rooftop to rooftop like it's no big deal.

This morsel of adventure is said to be a mere teaser of the parkour-infused adventures that Techland is preparing, so stay tuned for more incoming treats over the coming weeks.

Dying Light is coming to the PlayStation 4 home console from Sony, the Xbox One computer entertainment system from Microsoft, and Windows PC systems. It's due out on January 27 in North America and January 30 in Europe.
