Watch Dogs has finally been dethroned, after reigning supreme for three weeks in a row in the UK video game sales charts. The usurper? None other than EA Sports UFC.

Ubisoft's Watch Dogs is still pretty comfortable, sitting in second place, behind Electronic Arts' third number-one hit in 2014, after FIFA 14 and Respawn Entertainment's mech-enhanced first-person shooter, Titanfall.

Speaking of which, Titanfall rose to the third place in the top, after registering a 10 percent increase in sales from last week, forcing Machine Games and Bethesda's Wolfenstein: The New Order to drop to number 4.

EA's wildly popular football games are still going strong, with FIFA 14 and 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil occupying the mid-section of the UK sales chart.

Sales of Nintendo's colorful and zany racing game, Mario Kart 8, continued to drop since last week, and the game is now ranking at position number 7, after registering a 30 percent decline in units sold.

Call of Duty: Ghosts still maintains its position at the bottom of the top 10 list, attesting UK's love of competitive multiplayer shooting action.

Mojang's block stacking extravaganza, Minecraft, is continuing the tradition of being a steady presence in the chart, with both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 editions of the game occupying the last two positions of the top ten, in spite of sales dips of 22 percent and 8 percent, respectively.
