The development team at Behavior Interactive is ready to confirm that its upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade will feature the Eldar race and is offering a limited number of details on its unique character.

The company explains on the official site that, “Proud and disdainful, they possess a very advanced technology and count some of the most powerful Psykers in their ranks. But they are on the verge of extinction.”

The classic threat of Slannesh, the god that rules over greed, pain and pleasure in Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade, is one of the defining characteristics of the Eldar gameplay experience. This means that players need to carefully manage their contact with the Warp and the way they use their psychic skills.

The MMO is designed to focus on Player versus Player battles and will use a free-to-play business structure. It is supposed to be launched on the PC, the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 at some point in 2015.
