14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Wargaming has announced that it has opened up registrations for all those who are willing to take place in the International Ural Steel Championship 2012 for World of Tanks, with those interested given until July 31 in order to register.
Victor Kislyi, the chief executive officer at Wargaming, stated when the announcement was made that, “World of Tanks has become a global eSport discipline. The game is turning into a massive ommunication platform that merges together gaming communities of different countries and regions.”
Sixteen teams of players will arrive from America, Europe, Russia, China, and Southeast Asia in order to compete on six maps in order to get bragging rights and a prize purse of 77,000 dollars (62,800 Euro).
Wargaming is working to organize Ural Steel Championship 2012 for World Of Tanks with UralVagonZavod, the biggest tank producer in the world and one of the biggest industrial and scientific center in Russia.
World of Tanks offers more than 150 armored vehicles, carefully simulated on real-world machines from World War II.
