14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Volition working on the upcoming Saints Row 4 was initially set to have an ending scene that included a musical and dance number inspired by Bollywood.
Steve Jaros, the creative director working on the game, is quoted by Polygon as saying during Comic-Con that, “It was on our schedule, and we were trying to do it the right way.”
The plan was to use a three-minute timeframe and a catchy tune to have all characters perform outrageous moves inspired by Indian movies.
Jaros adds, “The stars didn’t line up, the spirit of the Bollywood dance number happens and it is poetry in motion. It is so good.”
Saints Row 4 will be out on the PC, the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360 and Windows PC on August 20 in North America and August 23 in Europe.
