14 DAY TRIAL // Video game publisher Ubisoft says that it plans to reveal a new video game project during the coming Gamescom event, which will be directed by Patrick Plourde, a creative director on Far Cry 3 who has also previously worked on the Assassin’s Creed series.
Ubisoft has not offered the name of the new title, but a game called Child of Light is expected to get a reveal for business partners just a few days earlier, according to VG247.
The new project will be created by the team at Ubisoft Montreal and it seems that it will focus on offering innovative gameplay mechanics.
During Gamescom, fans will be able to enjoy a number of other Ubisoft projects, including: Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, Watch Dogs, The Crew, Rayman Legends, Splinter Cell Blacklist, various Might & Magic titles and The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot.
The event starts on August 21 in Cologne, Germany.
