Video game developer Hi-Rez Studio has offered a video showing off the content of the upcoming Raid & pillage update for their free-to-play first-person shooter Tribes: Ascend.

The new pack will include three new weapons for the Raider class, including a new Plasma Gun that is inspired from the original Tribes, a quick firing SMG and a new cluster grenade.

The content update also includes two new skins for players who are interested in standing out from the crowd.

The developers have not said how much the new update will cost, but it will be available on April 25, allowing all those who engage with Tribes: Ascend to check out the price for themselves.

Tribes: Ascend is free-to-play, allowing any player to check out three classes and unlock new weapons and new items by spending experience that they get via the game, but those who are looking for even more options can buy packs with real world money in order to have access to new classes and more weapons.
