14 DAY TRIAL // The team at publisher Activision is confirming that it is working on an entirely new installment in the Transformers video game universe, called Rise of the Dark Spark, which is expected to be launched in 2014 on the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4, the PS3, the Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii U, the 3DS and the PC.
The tagline for the game states: "Will you save earth as an Autobot or destroy it as a Decepticon?"
Activision is not yet ready to say which of its development studios is handling the creation of Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark.
The trailer that is now available is also pretty generic and does not offer fans of the universe any hints about the full story or the included gameplay mechanics.
Activision is also unwilling to explain whether the narrative is designed to have any link with the new Transformers movie.
