Independent developer Terrible Posture Games has announced that its upcoming first-person shooter roguelike Tower of Guns will launch for PC on March 4.

Tower of Guns offers fast-paced action with roguelike elements to keep things interesting, and is designed as a bite-size challenging shooter with randomly generated stages.

All levels, enemies, power-ups, guns and bosses will be generated on the fly, and many fun twists have been made to the way guns work, allowing for crazy items such as rocket launching shotguns and many other combinations of power-ups that will allow players to perform never before seen feats of courage.

The game has been developed entirely by former 38 Studios employee Joe Mirabello, who has described the game as being "like FTL or Binding of Isaac mixed with Doom2/Quake."

The game will be available on Steam, GOG and the Tower of Guns website, offered at a 33 percent discount.
