The development team at Cyanide is ready to reveal how they have evolved rider physics and control for their upcoming Tour de France 2013 in order to allow gamers to experience sensations that are as close to real cycling as possible.

The team states in an official post that, “We totally changed the rider’s physics. We struggled to get it to work well in all situations.”

They add, “Downhilling is a totally new experience, at the same time, technical and rewarding.”

Cyanide says that Tour de France 2013 is a nimbler experience, with players able to actually control how riders approach the most difficult sections of the stage.

The title, which will be launched via Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network, allows gamers to experience all 21 stages of the real-world Tour de France.
