Tecmo Koei has announced that owners of its hack and slash game Toukiden: The Age of Demons will be able to download some free multiplayer missions and themed armor free of charge, in a crossover with the Soul Sacrifice universe.

Toukiden: The Age of Demons allows players to partake in the simple joys of slaughtering countless Oni, since the Japanese company has released the game in Europe and North America, earlier last month.

The new and special crossover missions are titled Hell's Guard Dog and Dogs of War, and will have players take on the grisly three-headed guardian dog Cerberus, one of the most feared monsters in the Soul Sacrifice universe.

Tecmo Koei warns that the new missions are extremely difficult, and recommends that only high-level and extremely well geared and skilled groups of players attempt to take them on. The new missions are accessed via the Portal Stone and multiplayer lobbies.

Additionally, players can now slay their way through Toukiden: The Age of Demons donning new and shiny pieces of armor, by downloading the Noble Raiment armor pack, inspired once again by Soul Sacrifice.

Both the new missions as well as the themed armor set are available now, free of charge, on the PlayStation Store.
