The development team at The Creative Assembly and publisher SEGA is delivering the official launch trailer for Total War: Rome II, which is set to be available all over the world on the PC in less than 24 hours, depending on the territory.

The team wants to know how far individual gamers are willing to go in order to replicate and to surpass the glory of the real-world Roman Empire.

The team states, “A time of glorious victories and bloody defeats, heroic and despotic men and women, families that tore each other apart in pursuit of the eternal city and the power it represented.”

Total War: Rome II is designed to combine naval and land battles for the first time in the history of the series.

The title also gives gamers more options linked to diplomacy and warfare and a wide selection of factions to choose from.
