The Jutes are one of the factions offered via pre-order

The development team at The Creative Assembly is launching a new video linked to Total War: Attila, which is designed to show the community and potential buyers how night battles work in the title and to give them a taste of the factions that are included in the Viking Forefathers Culture Pack.

The footage shows 12 turns of the campaign with the Jutes as they move towards the south and they loot regions in their path, trying to acquire the funds they need in order to launch a successful conquest campaign.

The Let’s Play lasts for one hour and there’s plenty of combat for gamers to watch, which is still a little too fast for my liking but looks spectacular.

The Jutes are migratory and that means players can also take a look at the horde options, which are a big part of the title.

The new strategy game will focus on the downfall of the Roman Empire and the way barbarian tribes and the powerful Huns will try to conquer and hold territory and create their own states.

Total War: Attila will be out on the PC on February 17 and gamers will get access to three extra factions if they pick up the game on pre-order.
