The Celtic Culture pack for Total War: Attila is designed to introduce three new playable factions to Total War: Attila and a new video from developer The Creative Assembly does a good job of showing off some of the new, unique units that gamers will be able to field.

The Picts, the Caledonians and the Ebdanians share a common ancestry and their forces are designed for guerrilla tactics and quick strikes.

The factions can be used in the single-player campaign and in custom and multiplayer battles.

Gamers who get the Celtic Culture pack will also be able to create new buildings and will have to choose new skills for their generals.

The Creative Assembly is also adding an event chain called Cycle of The Ollam Ri, which will deliver a general with traits based on player choices.

A new update for Total War: Attila will also be launched for free next week and will introduce a range of changes, with many units rebalanced.

Gamers will also be able to recruit a number of new mercenaries around the island of Britannia, all of them able to use guerrilla deployment in order to give players more options when they are trying to surprise an enemy force.
