14 DAY TRIAL // Nintendo has just released Tomodachi Life for the Nintendo 3DS outside Japan, and apart from the controversy regarding the lack of same-sex relationships, the game has turned out to be extremely popular.
Tomodachi Life was released in Japan in April 2013, where it has sold 1.85 million copies to date, and was then released in Europe and North America on June 6.
Now the company has decided to add some star power to the game, for now offering Christina Aguilera, Shaquille O'Neal, Debby Ryan, Shaun White and Zendaya as Miis for players to use in-game.
A big draw of Tomodachi Life is the fact that you can populate your virtual island with various Miis made in the likeness of your friends and family in real life. Now you can add a further touch of pizzazz to the virtual island, by having all these stars pop up, wearing all kinds of crazy outfits.
The game allows you to create your own Miis to grow the ranks of the island's inhabitants, and you can come up with all kinds of designs, embodying all your favorite stars already, but Nintendo's move will help you get there faster.
To get the stars to spice things up on your island, just head on over to the game's Town Hall, select QR Code, and scan the QR codes in the images below.
