The development team at Crystal Dynamics and publisher Square Enix are launching a new video for their rebooted Tomb Raider, designed to show players the best moment of the game and entice them to pick it up in stores.

The video is narrated by Daniel Bisson, the game director, who explains some of the game content that players are seeing and the core mechanics of the new Lara Croft adventure.

The Tomb Raider trailers shows traversal sequences, combat scenarios, puzzles and exploration, all of them sprinkled with the violence that defines the new title.

Tomb Raider has been well received by fans of the series and by critics but publisher Square Enix has been somewhat disappointed with overall sales.

Rumors suggest that Crystal Dynamics might already be working on a new game featuring Lara Croft that will be launched on the next generation of home consoles.
