Larry Hryb, aka Major Nelson, the main communications executive for Microsoft gaming platforms, announces that his company and Respawn Entertainment are set to run a major stress test for the upcoming Titanfall at 8 PM Eastern Time/5 PM Pacific Time.
The information was delivered via a Twitter message and gamers are encouraged to download the beta of the shooter until then and complete their training in order to be solid participants in the fight.
Titanfall is currently being tested on both the Xbox One and the PC, with the team at Respawn looking to evaluate the network infrastructure and the core mechanics.
The main game mechanic will be a 6 versus 6 mode that will also involve mechs and a number of Artificial Intelligence controlled enemies.
The shooter will be launched on the two platforms on March 11 in the United States and two days later in Europe, with the Xbox 360 version of the title coming later during the month.
2) Then complete the training and play tonight at 8p ET/5p PT to help us stress the system
