Developer Eidos Montreal has announced a new competition based on its recently released sneakiness and general unpleasantness toward the authorities simulator Thief, looking to reward two "real master thieves" with top spec gaming PCs.

Gamers who wish to earn a chance at getting their hands on a brand new top spec gaming rig from AMD need only upload a video to YouTube in order to win.

The first gaming PC will be won by the very best video out there, whether it's silly, creative, controversial, atmospheric or funny. It doesn't matter the tone, what matters is for the video to be entertaining enough.

The second gaming PC will be given to the player who uploads the most impressive Master Thief video. Either leaping around unnoticed becoming one with the shadows and clearing areas of loot in record time or taking down all the guards with a masterfully crafted stratagem, the choice is yours, with the only requirement being the utmost Master Thievery.

The only condition for videos to be eligible for the contest is for them to have "The Master Thief Competition" somewhere in the title, with the full terms and conditions relating to the contest being available on the Eidos Montreal blog.

Additionally, the dev team has also infiltrated the YogTowers, headquarters of the infamous Yogscast, to steal the staff's most prized possessions, featuring some real-life building hopping in the vein of Thief, provided by famous UK free climber James Kingston.
