14 DAY TRIAL // The teams at developer Eidos Montreal and publisher Square Enix are launching a new trailer for the upcoming Thief reboot, called The Thief Taker General's Hunt, which is designed to offer a final look at the world that players will be able to explore.
The studio explains that, "The Thief Taker General is Commander of the Baron’s Watch; his main motive… to hunt and hang every thief in The City and he is hell-bent on capturing the prize that he desires most; Garrett, the Master Thief."
The character is described as being corrupt and eager to tax all members of the underworld who are interested in staying alive.
He also has a side business selling the possessions of all the victims of the mysterious Gloom sickness that is affecting the town.
Thief will be launched on February 28 in North America and in all European territories for the PC, the PlayStation 4, the PS3, the Xbox One and the 360.
