14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer CD Projekt RED and board game creator Fantasy Flight Games announce that they are working together on The Witcher Adventure Game, designed to bring the exciting universe of the series to a whole new type of experience.
Gamers will be able to become four of the main characters of the franchise: Geralt, the Witcher, Dandelion, the bard with a rogue inclination, Triss, the powerful sorceress and Zigrin, the dwarf warrior.
Each comes with his own strengths and abilities and unique ways to hunt monsters, complete missions and interact with other characters via both diplomacy and intrigue.
Adam Badowski, head of studio at the game company, states, “Fantasy Flight Games has an outstanding connection with board game fans worldwide and is well known for the highest quality of their titles. We’re really excited that we can join the party and expand The Witcher universe in such great company.”
The Witcher Adventure Game is set to reflect the full spectrum of morality found in the series.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is set to be launched this year on the PC, the Xbox One and the PS4.
