The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has just received an actual gameplay video from the Xbox One version of the role-playing experience, depicting almost six minutes of footage that's upscaled from the native 900p resolution to 1080p and a 30fps framerate.

The Witcher 3 launches next week and over one million people have already pre-ordered the game across its three platforms, in the form of PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

In the last few months, developer CD Projekt Red has released quite a lot of different gameplay videos but most of them have featured footage from the PC version of the RPG.

After a highly controversial video that came from the PC but was used to promote the Xbox One, CD Projekt Red now offers an actual direct-feed trailer with almost six minutes of footage from the Microsoft console.

Bear in mind that the footage is compressed due to YouTube as well as due to the fact that the Xbox One runs The Witcher 3 at a native resolution of 900p. In order to reach full HD, it's dynamically upscaled to 1080p. It retains a 30fps framerate on both the Xbox One as well as on the PS4, where it has a native resolution of 1080p.

The Witcher 3 launches on May 19, worldwide.
