Xbox One owners will soon be able to download update 1.04 for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt today, June 9, all around the world, as developer CD Projekt Red confirms that the patch is finally done with testing at Microsoft.

The Witcher 3 launched on May 19 all around the world across PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms. Since then, developer CD Projekt Red has confirmed that over 4 million copies have been sold, and in order to help all owners, it's released quite a few updates and patches.

After having rolled out on Friday, June 5, patch 1.05 on PC and update 1.04 for the PS4 platform in select regions, the Polish studio finally confirms that the same improvements are coming to the Xbox One today, June 9, in the form of patch 1.04.

The large update includes a variety of bug fixes, among which one for the problematic no XP glitch that didn't give players any experience when completing main quests. All sorts of other problems are also resolved by the new patch for the Xbox One version of the RPG.

Unfortunately, no exact timing has been given for when the patch launches.

Update: The Witcher 3 patch 1.04 is live on Xbox One as well as on PS4 in the rest of the world.
