CD Projekt RED is offering a new teaser trailer for the upcoming The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which is titled A Night to Remember and seems to be a throwback to the very first footage that was released when the first title in the series was first revealed.

The footage features Geralt exploring a remote location where a good-looking redheaded girl turns into a creepy monster.

It's unclear why the developers are aiming to remind fans of the series of the promotional campaign for the first installment and the connection might be unintended.

The full new trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be shown tomorrow at an undisclosed hour.

The new title will be offered on May 19 on the PC, the Xbox One, and the PlayStation 4.

This is the final adventure that will feature Geralt, and he will have to deal with an incident from his past while fighting ways to battle the powerful Wild Hunt, which was mentioned in the previous two installments.

CD Projekt RED is introducing an open world structure to The Witcher for the first time, and the studio is also promising a much bigger universe to explore and improvements to the combat system.
