Namco Bandai has released the launch trailer for the role-playing game Tales of Symphonia Chronicles, to signal the game's release in North America, taking place today.

The trailer for Tales of Symphonia Chronicles, titled Hope, offers a very cinematic presentation of Namco Bandai's game, interspersed with gameplay footage and narrative worthy of a movie trailer.

The developer and publisher also released an unboxing video last week, featuring the Collector's Edition of Tales of Symphonia, showing all the goodies packed inside. The Collector's Edition is limited to only 18k units and offers a ton of exclusive items, including a hardcover novel written especially for the game's launch.

Tales of Symphonia Chronicles bundles together the enhanced editions of Tales of Symphonia and its sequel Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, and the North American and European editions of the game feature dual track audio, enabling players to select from either English or Japanese voiceover for both games.

Tales of Symphonia Chronicles is already available in Japan since October, and is scheduled to launch on February 28 in Europe and PAL territories, exclusively for Sony's PlayStation 3 console.
