14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Insomniac Games is at the moment working on the final piece of downloadable content for Sunset Overdrive, called Dawn of the Rise of the Fallen Machines, and a new video is designed to show fans of the shooter the kinds of weapons they will be able to use to take out enemies.
The team states, "How about a nano-machine cannon? Does that sound good? It better sound good. If it doesn't, there is something severely wrong with you. New add-on comes out 4/1, so grab the season pass now!"
The Season Pass for Sunset Overdrive is at the moment offered with a price cut.
Gamers who will get the Dawn of the Rise of the Fallen Machines also gain access to a new transversal move for their characters and to a new mini-campaign for the game.
For the time being, neither Insomniac Games nor Microsoft have said whether they have plans to create a full-fledged sequel for Sunset Overdrive, which was one of the games that was marketed as being designed to show off the power of the Xbox One.
The game uses a third-person view and is focused as much on movement and cool character tricks as it is on over-the-top weaponry and enemies.
