The development team at Firefly is announcing that it is adding a new Arabic campaign to its new Stronghold Crusader 2 in order to draw more player attention as it tries to get the resources it needs via crowd funding.

The new game will include real-time physics, stunning visuals and dynamic events in order to keep players engaged in the long term.

Firefly is promising a full single-player campaign, a skirmish mode and Crusader Trails.

New units will include the Templar Knight and the Slave Driver and combat is designed to favor careful tactics and well placed fortifications.

The team states, “Crowdfunding and self-publishing Crusader 2 allows us to release the game ‘when it’s done’, creating a worthy sequel with the help of fans, who know our games best.”

On Gambitious, Stronghold Crusader 2 has another three days to reach its 100,000 Euro (131,000 dollars) goal.
