Capcom has confirmed that it would finally release the previously announced patch for Street Fighter X Tekken this week, on May 16, in order to remove the array of infinite combos that can be pulled off by exploiting several glitches in the current game.

Street Fighter X Tekken has sold quite a lot of units and Capcom wants to make sure that its fighting game is as balanced as possible.

Sadly, as many players have experienced, there are still some exploits in the game that can trigger infinite combo moves.

Capcom confirmed earlier this month that a patch is coming and has now revealed that it would be launched on May 16 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the fighting game.
