Escape Hatch Entertainment has announced that its creation Starlight Inception will soon become available on the PlayStation Vita handheld entertainment system through the Sony PlayStation Store, as well as on Steam.

Starlight Inception will be available in digital download format only, with the main version being in the English language, with subtitled versions in French, Italian, German, Russian and Spanish.

The PlayStation Vita release will occur on April 22 in North America and on April 23 in Europe, and Starlight Inception will become fully available on Steam starting April 22.

The game is set a hundred years in the future, chronicling World War IV, a savage conflict fought throughout our Star System. The game features two single-player campaigns, as well as a captivating and robust multiplayer mode, with the PC version supporting local multiplayer for op to four players in split-screen.

Starlight Inception will be the first game in the genre on the PlayStation Vita platform, and the beta, which was released last year, garnered a lot of attention from Vita fans.

Gamers who want to know more about the game can visit its official website, and Starlight Inception is currently also available as a Steam Early Access title, for those who want to get a head start.
