BioWare is celebrating the semi-official Star Wars day, May 4 (as in, May the Fourth be with you) and is offering a major discount for Star Wars: The Old Republic, its recently launched massively multiplayer online game.

Star Wars: The Old Republic was hyped up before its release and, while it's quite popular and has many paying subscribers, BioWare is trying to get more people into the experience.

We've already seen quite a lot of free weekends being offered to those interested in the title and now a pretty big price cut has been made to the game, in order to celebrate Star Wars day.

As such, the standard edition of Star Wars: The Old Republic now costs $34.44 or €34.99, depending on your region. The Digital Deluxe version of the online game is also being sold at a discount, for just $44.44 or €44.99.

You can take advantage of these better prices at this link, if you're from North America, or this link, if you're from Europe, until tomorrow, May 6.

May the Force be with you and with your wallets!
