The new Star Wars game once again impressive through its great footage

LucasArts has released the first proper gameplay trailer for its upcoming Star Wars 1313 shooter, showing off quite a lot of footage from the game, including bits and pieces we already admired last June back at E3 2012.

Star Wars 1313 promises to deliver a rather novel experience, largely because the playable character isn’t a Jedi or a Sith warrior. Instead, players control a bounty hunter that’s forced to descend into the depths of the planet Coruscant and explore its infamous level 1313.

We already got to admire a bit of impressive gameplay footage at E3 2012 back in June and now, right before the start of Gamescom 2012, LucasArts premiered the first proper gameplay trailer for Star Wars 1313 in collaboration with IGN.

As you can see above, Star Wars 1313 is looking quite impressive, especially since it’s running on the Unreal Engine 3 technology that’s been around for quite some time.

Expect to hear more about the game later this week, after LucasArts’ Gamescom 2012 presentation.
