14 DAY TRIAL // The development team working on Star Citizen announces that all those interested in the new space sim can use the official website until July 6 in order to pre-order the game and get access to rewards that will no longer be available after that date.
All those who have already backed the game will be moved to a new account system, regardless of whether they have funded the game via Kickstarter or via the official website.
Chris Roberts, the leader of the team, has also posted an official letter to fans, which states, “In the coming weeks, you’ll be hearing a lot more about the hangar module including when you’ll be able to get your hands on the first iteration. It’s an exciting time and it’s all something you have made possible.”
A playable version of the space sim experience will be offered to backers before the end of the year.
