The new Splinter Cell will see Sam Fischer dissolve the old Fourth Echelon and then create and lead a new counter-terror organization that has to deal with a number of threats coming from inside the United States.
Blacklist was expected to arrive during the spring, but has been pushed back to August 20 on home consoles and the PC.
