The team at Yager Development announces that it is getting ready to show a new video game project that it is working on at the upcoming E3 2014 event and says that fans of their previous work should be excited about the coming experience.

The team is not willing to talk directly about the game they are creating and apparently, those interested will have to wait for another week at least before finding out a name or details about the story or the core features.

Spec Ops: The Line was launched in 2012 and could be played on the PC, the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.

The game was praised by critics for its interesting story, the moral dilemmas that players have to deal with and the design of the firefights.

Unfortunately, Spec Ops: The Line has failed to become a big commercial success, which probably means that Yager Development is not getting ready to announce a sequel.

The team has shown that it can deliver a solid and interesting shooter experience and it will be interesting to see what kind of theme and story they choose for their coming project.

The game will probably be designed primarily for the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the PC and the Xbox One from Microsoft.
