The upcoming PlayStation Vita exclusive Soul Sacrifice Delta just got a Japanese story trailer, showing the characters, some demons and cutscenes.

Soul Sacrifice is an action-adventure game for the PlayStation Vita released during last year's spring, and Soul Sacrifice Delta is its announced sequel, due for a March 2014 release.

Soul Sacrifice is a collaboration effort between Marvelous AQL, SCE Japan Studio and Keiji Inafune's Comcept Inc.

The game revolves around an innocent bystander that has become enslaved by the powerful sorcerer Magusar, who uses human sacrifices to ensure his immortality.

Just before being sacrificed, the protagonist stumbles upon a talking book, a recollection of past events that the protagonist relives in order to gain the necessary knowledge to defeat Magusar.

Details on the sequel are scarce, and for now we know that the upcoming game will include new bosses, co-op attacks and an additional faction titled "Grim."
