14 DAY TRIAL // The team at Sony in charge of the PlayStation Network says that it is currently investigating reports about problems linked to the Friends list and will offer more information once it has a clear answer about the issue.
The official Ask PlayStation Twitter account states, “We're currently investigating reports of connectivity and Friends List issues. Thanks for your continued patience.”
A number of users are saying that they are unable to access the Friends list of the PSN and that they cannot invite any of their buddies to chat.
A smaller group also says that it is unable to access the Sony service.
The PSN has become more important than ever after the launch of the PlayStation 4 home console and the company needs to make sure that any problems are quickly remedied in order to keep gamers interested in the Plus subscription service in the long term.
