14 DAY TRIAL // Aeria Games takes the holiday celebrations to the battlefields of its free-to-play massively multiplayer online first-person shooter, Soldier Front 2, with a thematic content update.
The December update adds holiday-themed weapons to the players' arsenal, such as the M4A1 Merry, Bolt417 Snow and AK103 XM. But the festive atmosphere doesn't stop there, as the new M67 Grenades, the Snow and Snowman.
Aeria Games has also delivered some non-holiday weapons to their players, in the form of the QBZ97 Red Dragon, the M4A1 Gladius and the unique Shuriken Throwing Star.
As an added bonus, two new Christmassy characters have also been introduced, Red Snow and Cherry Bomb, each coming with valuable EXP and SP boosts, but their availability will be restricted to the holiday season.
Also included with the holiday patch, a unique conquer and control experience in the form of the brand new Tower mode introduced to the Capture game modes. Players that hold the tower long enough will gain automated turrets, as MMOGames reports.
Two maps have also seen the coming of winter, Hard Snow and Farm House both featuring a snowball fight game mode for a limited time.
