14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Rebellion announces that it is working on a new piece of downloadable content for its recently launched Sniper Elite 3, called Save Churchill, which will ask gamers to get through some tough challenges in order to stop an assassination attempt against the British Prime Minister.
The first mission is already offered via Steam and will also be offered on the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 and current-gen consoles.
Rebellion states, “Inside the shadowy city of Siwa lies the intel that could reveal his assassin, but this is not the place that Karl Fairburne remembers; the haunted surroundings are shrouded in smoke, her city walls battle-scarred by constant bombardment and assaults.”
In order to get to Churchill, players will have to quietly infiltrate the enemy garrison, then keep them occupied with distractions and find out exactly how they plan to assassinate the war leader.
Sniper Elite 3 is a shooter that focuses on long range kills and allows players to carefully plan their attacks in order to quietly take out enemies, although the option still exists to go in guns blazing.
A previous piece of DLC for the title also allows gamers to try and assassinate Hitler, the leader of Nazi Germany.
