The team in charge of Allods Online and the team at Obsidian announce that they are working together on a new MMO project called Skyforge that is set to be launched on the PC at some point during 2014.

No actual details have been offered by any of the two studios on the mechanics of the new title or the world it will use.

During an official announcement made during the KRI 2013 event in Russia, Feargus Urquhart, the chief executive officer at Obsidian, stated, “Skyforge is very interesting and promising project. I am glad that Obsidian Entertainment is involved in working on this game.”

He added, “I am confident that the cooperation with the Allods Team will be a great experience for all of us.”

His company is also currently working on the old-school role-playing game Project Eternity.
