ArenaNet, the developer of the upcoming Guild Wars 2 MMORPG, has just opened up the registration process for the game’s beta stage for 48 hours, so anyone can sign up to test the online title.

Guild Wars 2 promises to overhaul the classic online role playing game recipe, allowing players to interact with others in a massive virtual world without forcing them to pay a monthly subscription.

Now, as promised earlier this year, ArenaNet is getting ready to deploy a beta stage for the game, allowing fans to try out the new online title.

In case you’re interested, you might want to act fast, as the registrations for the beta have just opened.

All you need to do is access this link, download a small tool that surveys your PC’s hardware configuration, and then fill out some necessary details.

With any luck, you’ll be able to try out the beta stage for Guild Wars 2 next month. The final game is set to appear later this year.
