DICE has just confirmed that today, November 5, between 10am CET and 11am CET, it's going to run a short maintenance period on Battlefield 4, meaning multiplayer disconnects can happen during that time.

Battlefield 4 came out last week for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, and should appear later this month for PS4 and Xbox One.

Ever since its debut, developer DICE has been hard at work identifying known issues and posting small updates designed to help players connect to online servers.

In order to further increase the stability of the Battlefield 4 multiplayer experience, DICE has confirmed that between 10am CET and 11am CET it's going to perform a short maintenance period on the backend systems of the new first-person shooter.

The announcement, made on Battlelog, hasn't offered any other details.
