The development team at Harebrained Schemes is delivering a new update for its recently launched Shadowrun Returns, which introduces quite a few changes to how most of the weapons in the game work while also eliminating more bugs.

Abilities linked to the SMG, the rifle, grenades and the shotgun have been modified to make the entire combat phase of the game better balanced.

The user interface has also been improved, stores offer more equipment for purchase and more explanations of the core game mechanics of Shadowrun have been added.

The official announcement from the developer has a full list of the bugs that have been eliminated.

The team is aware that some gamers are having trouble getting new content from the Steam-based Workshop and are investigating the problem.
