The development team working on Shadowrun Returns at Harebrained Schemes says that the Berlin campaign will be launched in the fall, free for those who backed the game on Kickstarter and with an unannounced price for all other players.

The team states via Twitter that, “Our Berlin campaign is slated for the fall. Stay tuned!”

The Berlin setting was chosen by fans of the game and beat out Hong Kong by just 1 percent.

The studio says that all downloadable content for Shadowrun Returns will only be delivered via Steam because of an agreement with Microsoft.

It’s unclear what other DLC the team is planning to launch for its title.

Gamers can create their own content for Shadowrun Returns via the included editor and share it with the community.

[UPDATE: The developers say that launch will take place in October of this year.]
