Devolver Digital and General Arcade have just released Shadow Warrior Classic Redux for the PC platform via Steam, giving those who missed the classic game or who want to re-experience it a chance to shoot and slash their way through it.

Shadow Warrior was one of the classic games made by 3D Realms back in the 1990s and now, while working on a reboot for the series alongside the Flying Wild Hog studio, publisher Devolver Digital has tasked General Arcade with remaking the classic experience.

The result is Shadow Warrior Classic Redux, an improved version of the original, with better visuals and support for different Steam features like Achievements or Cloud.

The game also includes the two different expansion packs, Wanton Destruction and Twin Dragon.

What's more, those who get Shadow Warrior Classic Redux will also receive a coupon on Steam that's valid for the Shadow Warrior reboot, which goes on sale this fall.
