14 DAY TRIAL // Chair Entertainment, the developer of the Infinity Blade series of mobile games, wants to return to one of its first titles, Shadow Complex, as both its team and fans are looking forward to a sequel.
Chair Entertainment is a pretty new developer, being founded in 2005 and acquired by Epic Games in 2008. After the transition, it released one of its most successful titles – Shadow Complex – 2.5D side-scroller reminiscent of retro titles from the past.
Afterwards, the studio made Infinity Blade, another very successful mobile game, and is now set to debut Infinity Blade 3 for the iOS platform.
Speaking with GameSpot, Chair's Donald Mustard said that the team was eager to revisit Shadow Complex when the time was right.
"We certainly love Shadow Complex. As much as there are fans out there that want more Shadow Complex, I promise they don't want it more than we do. We want it more than anyone. When the time is right, we sure hope to return to the Shadow Complex series."
A sequel to Shadow Complex was rumored in the past but, as of yet, nothing concrete has appeared.
