The development team at Mojang says that its next game Scrolls will be launched during April in beta stage, with a big discount, and that a full version will then be delivered via updates.

The model is similar to the one that powered the success of Minecraft, a game that set records on both the PC and the Xbox 360.

Jakob Porser, a designer at Mojang and a co-founder of the studio, tells Polygon that, "We’ll release it early at a discount. With the help from our community, we’ll take the game to the next level and see what we want to do and what they expect out of the game and you can work around that."

Players will be able to challenge other humans or battle the A.I.
